The $25 million redevelopment project will convert the former office building into a one-of-a-kind, baseball-themed hotel, located just five miles from the Astros and Washington Nationals’ newly constructed spring training home — the Ballpark of the Palm Beaches. The hotel will likely be used solely by the Astros during spring training and open to the public the rest of the year.
